Service

Esi provides design portfolio, collaboration, and geometric memory tools. Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn during beta. We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, or security reasons.

Echo (Rhino connector)

• Echo is a Rhino 7/8 plugin that records model history to your Esi timeline (Time Machine). It requires a one-time install on each Windows PC you use.
• Install is through Echo Setup (EchoSetup-v*.cmd) from /echo while signed in — one double-click per PC. Manual install: drag Ooo.Rhino.rhp into Rhino.
• Echo depends on hosted infrastructure (Esi web + OOO cloud). Outages may pause recording or sync without liability for lost work in Rhino — keep your usual .3dm saves.
• Echo is not affiliated with McNeel & Associates. Rhinoceros is a trademark of McNeel. You must comply with your Rhino license.

Subscription, billing & cancellation

• Paid beta is billed through Stripe (monthly or as shown at checkout). Prices may include applicable taxes at checkout.
• Cancel anytime: Billing → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal) → cancel. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically delete your account or project data.
• When subscription ends: Echo in Rhino disconnects within about 15 minutes and will not reconnect until you resubscribe. New plugin downloads and cloud sync are blocked. Existing timeline data on Esi generally remains accessible according to your plan and retention settings, but live Echo capture stops immediately.
• Optional local cleanup: delete %USERPROFILE%\.esi\config.json and remove the plugin in Rhino → Tools → Plug-in Manager.
• Refunds: unless required by law or stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins. Contact us for billing disputes.

Your content

You retain rights to models and content you upload. You grant Esi a license to host, process, and display that content to provide the service (including team timelines and Echo sync). Do not upload unlawful content or others' work without permission.

THE SERVICE AND ECHO ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESI IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR ECHO. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THAT PERIOD (OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel your subscription and stop using the service.
